Our team of highly trained instructors are here to help you on your BeWell journey.

Meet the Studio Team!

Jasmine | Instructor

Jasmine discovered her love for Pilates almost a decade ago after noticing it relieved her stiffness attributed by scoliosis and her desk job at the time. She then wanted to share these benefits with others and became a certified Reformer and Matwork Instructor. She is known by clients as the smiling assassin who loves to turn the heat up on simple flows to challenge clients at all levels. Extra points in her class if you can smile during an Ab seriess.

Hayley | Instructor

All things health and wellness are my passion! I live a wholesome life and love to find balance in everything.

I have been practicing Pilates for many years now and evolved my love and passion into a career. I love the kind and body, being a qualified counsellor really helps the whole package on mind, body and soul.

Pilates gives me the knowledge, strength and will power to see anything through. I am continuing my knowledge journey onto the clinical side to help those with injuries and illnesses.

Come over to the bright side and let’s get a sweat and stretch on! Xx

Sabina | Instructor

My journey into the world of Pilates started when I faced my own health challenges, and let me tell you, Pilates was a game changer in the healing process. It’s not just about exercises, it’s a transformative journey, and I’ve seen it work wonders firsthand.

What gets me excited as an instructor is witnessing the incredible impact Pilates has on my clients. I’ve been there, navigating health struggles, and I find immense joy in helping others on their unique wellness paths.

My teaching style is all about keeping it light, fun, and easy-going. We’re not just working out, we’re creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and ready to reach their fitness goals.

The Studio Baldivis reformer pilates team instructor Maddy on Pilates Reformer.

Maddy | Owner & Instructor

I have always been passionate about exercise especially when it comes to functionality and rehabilitation. As a chiropractor, I know how important it is to exercise particularly in a method that is both beneficial to the cardiovascular system but also to the stability and maintenance of joint and spinal health. Pilates offers a beautiful balance of both and caters to all demographics both young and old, new to advance, those who want to rehabilitate and those who want to tone.

I look forward to seeing you at your next class!

Peta | Instructor

“You're going to suffer, but you'll be happy about it" that's what I can promise you!

I became a Pilates instructor in 2020 after referring my physiotherapy patients to Pilates for many years. I've seen first hand the incredible power of Pilates to boost your mood, rid your pains, and build a community!

Born and raised in WA, and when I'm not in the studio I'm either spending time at a winery down south or at the beach for sunset with my partner and our bub.

Chiara | Instructor & Admin

Like many, I've faced moments when the idea of hitting the gym felt daunting. Embarking on Reformer Pilates provided the confidence and comfort I sought in a group setting, coupled with the professional guidance I desired. This was particularly true when I started Pilates during pregnancy following an extensive battle with infertility. Ensuring I was in the safest hands was crucial, which influenced my decision to start Pilates. I soon grew fond of the activity as it alleviated the discomforts associated with pregnancy and the postnatal phase.

After over two decades in the demanding florist industry, which had impacted my physical well-being, I chose to switch careers to one that would offer healing, nourishment, and fortification for both my mind and body. My background as a competitive rhythmic gymnast, coupled with my newfound passion for Pilates, inspired me to become a Pilates instructor, eager to assist others in feeling fantastic, accomplished, and valued as they depart from the studio.

Chloe | Instructor

I specialize in Reformer Pilates. I did my Pilates training in Melbourne and have been teaching for 5-6 years.

My classes are catered with progressions for beginner-advance and options for injuries/pregnancy.

My background is in performing arts, which give me the skills to create personable and friendly class environments, and I love building genuine relationships with clients and members.

Eva | Instructor

“My passion for Pilates started nearly 10 years ago when I started practicing reformer at a small studio in my hometown of Canberra. After the birth of my first child a couple of years later I felt the amazing benefits Pilates had provided my body, giving me an amazing labour and Postpartum recovery. A few years later and after the birth of my second child I once again turned to Pilates to rehabilitate and heal both my body and mind. Through regular practise I feel stronger than ever and find such gratification in sharing the benefits of Pilates with every client that works through the door. My deepest pleasure in this role is the relationships that develop with those I am privileged enough to teach, not to mention having a front-row seat to the incredible progress they make each day.”

Leonora | Instructor

At age 63 I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis, on the advice and encouragement of my Chiropractor, I took up Pilates. She advised it would give me strength training without the impact on already arthritic joints. Well, with the dedication and patience on the part of my Pilates Instructor and quiet determination on mine here I am at age 66 still loving it. So much so that with encouragement from both of them I took on and completed my Reformer Training Course and now thoroughly enjoy teaching and helping people with physical difficulties reach their fitness potential. I like to do a gentle class that exercises all muscles but don’t be fooled by my Grandma gentle look you will leave feeling well and truly worked out.
